| Description: | In the past decade Exit, from a student-initiated uprising against a regime that restricted Serbia’s contact with the rest of the world, has become a world-recognised festival that every year is visited by tens of thousands of people from the region, Europe and the world.
With its unique 17th Century fortress location, electrifying atmosphere, EXIT has captured the imagination of festival goers worldwide with its impressive and diverse line ups, encompassing all genres of music from rock to rap, classical to chill, dance to drum & bass and electronic to experimental.
2010 will again see over 600 performances over 20 stages connected by cobbled streets, ramparts and tunnels - a walk through the mystical fortress is like a trip through a magical wonderland. The Dance Arena is regarded by many as the best in Europe - if not the planet - and the experience of dancing with 20,000 people as the sun rises over the fortress walls is truly mind blowing.
