Snowbombing is an exhilarating week-long whirlwind of momentous moments in mythical fairytale venues, delivered by a blizzard of brilliant bands and awesome avalanche of artists. As we enter our second decade, Snowbombing is universally acknowledged as the greatest show on snow - a unique festival / holiday everyone should experience.
At Snowbombing 2010, all artists will all be playing once-in-a-lifetime shows in the most awesome venues this side of Neptune; in huge igloos and alpine forests on snowy plateau’s and in medieval bars surrounded by the UK’s finest ambassadors of nonsense and bonkers with mountains for a perimeter fence and of over 150 miles of powdery pistes to play on in between bands!
As one of the largest and most highly regarded resorts in the world Mayrhofen gets completely taken over for a week long party of hedonistic adventure and extreme sport. The resort also boasts some of Europe’s most lavish spas so you can also relax and enjoy the amazing spring sunshine and snowy mountains of one of Europe’s most snow-sure, late season resorts. The nearby Tux glacier (Austria’s highest lifted point) is only a short (free) bus ride away, and although open all-year round, is at its best in spring.
Snowbombing is an entertainment and accommodation package, where you can choose a variety of accommodation options to suit your preferences and budget, from 5 star luxury Spa hotels, to the pocket friendly TNT village. OMGoodness...all that line-up is like passe or allready seen so many times on other festivals..I RLY dont wanna b rude and insult anyone there and its obvious that it is magical gathering BUT for that cash I can go SBoarding on Tatras or other places and stay like weekend+skipass and still manage to fill my motobike with petrol and go to several small festivals around., hahahaha...God bless golden children and their rich parents..LOL

I like the look of Big Snow in Andorra. Jaguar Skills is playing and that is worth the trip alone! There's a lot of D'n'b and although smaller, the line up looks a bit less 'lowest common denominator' than SB. However you might find me at the bar when Judge Jules and Brandon Block are playing, as they are bound to be shite! Looking at the websites, Big Snow is run by festival organisers and SB is run by a travel company. I'm going to Andorra to blow my euros (and my brain)

Snowbombing for me is one of the best festivals, despite the money. I am no golden child, I just work very hard so I can pay for the things I want, which happens to be Snowbombing
